Hotel Room Registration
Galt House Hotel & Suites is a full service hotel located in downtown Louisville beside the Ohio River. A Shuttle service is available.

Hotel Rooms are located in the Rivue Tower & are $103.00 for a single room.  Room rates exclude state & local taxes.

Room reservations: 1-800-843-4258 Ask for the "Electronic Medicine Seminar" rate. To reserve a room, please book by April 15th.  The hotel will release blocked rooms after this date.

Any guest attending events only at the hotel is required to pay parking.  Rates are $7.00 - $12.00 per day, based upon the length of time.

Certificates of Completion for Credit Hours issued to EMA members only. Researchers must bring their own laptops

EMA Annual Membership Fee: $50.00
Payable to HPC Ltd. by the 1st of May of each year. Checks are to be made out to HPC Ltd.
